For any undamaged product, simply return it with its included accessories and packaging along with the original receipt within 14 days of the date you receive the product, and we will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method. Shipping

Postage cost is £2.99 for delivery with Evri or free for orders over £35. Occasionally we will use Royal Mail to get smaller orders out to our customers as quickly and smoothly as we can. We aim to send out orders within 1-2 business days..
